Blake is an investor and entrepreneur specializing in the acquisition, construction management, and operation of value-add hospitality properties. He’s bought, renovated, and managed a $17M portfolio of six Boutique Hotels in multiple markets nationwide and oversaw construction management of $5M on those projects. After retiring from the Airforce in 2022, he started StayVest to continue to expand in the Hospitality space with larger Hotels, Resorts, and Unique Commercial Short-Term Rental properties
